Lathitha HR and Training Solutions is a 100% black female owned company, that was established in 2015 and offers integrated Human Resources Solutions.

Primary Focus

The primary focus of Lathitha is on solutions that will ensure a value added service to the client. This is achieved by listening actively to our client’s brief, ensuring the application of client-centric solutions. Lathitha continuously strives to provide services in line with current trends and business needs to meet the objectives of any business. We are committed to ensuring that the employees of any organization are well equipped with the necessary tools to ensure the company’s continuous and sustained success.

Experience

The owner of the company has thirty five (35) years experience in the Public Sector encompassing experience in a managerial role, including but not limited to the development of strategies, policies procedures and national instructions i.e. the implementation tool of policies for South African Police Service.

Aims

Lathitha aims to provide all its stakeholders with efficient, effective and ethical services through its delivery of quality education, training and development. At the heart of our business is the initiation, implementation and management of qualifications and skills programs To ensure that no assignment is too big for us, Lathitha has formed strategic alliances with other companies and individual contractors that pursue similar objectives. Lathitha currently has operations in 4 provinces Gauteng; Kwa-Zulu Natal; Northern Cape and Eastern Cape and intends to grow and make a country-wide foot print.

Lathitha has provided social mobilisation services in two provinces, Northern Cape and Eastern Cape in preparation of the Phelophepa Health Care Train Visit. These projects have equipped the company with the strategies of working together with NPO’s, NGO’s Local Municipalities, Government Departments and Communities in ensuring seamless collaboration.

These experiences can be utilised in the successful implementation of any project that is intended to improve the wellbeing of the communities. The Company has already established local organising committees in various municipalities in both provinces that can be activated at any time in other provinces and be customised according to their specific needs.
